Hotel Reservations
The meeting will take place at the Antlers Hilton in downtown Colorado Springs. The group rate for the meeting is $119 per night (single/double), and government rates may be available for qualified persons. Larger rooms and suites are also available for an additional fee. AWPA has reserved a block of rooms, but each person is responsible for making his or her own reservations. The cut-off date for making reservations is August 18, 2004, so please make your reservations early. To make a reservation call the hotel's toll free reservations line at 866-299-4602. Be sure to mention that you're with the American Wood Preservers' Association.
Rooms at lower prices in the area may be available, but please note that AWPA receives discounts and complimentary meeting room space if our attendees are staying at the host hotel. This enables AWPA to keep its registration fees at a reasonable rate.
