2020 AWPA Fall Meeting

Virtual Meeting Information

The 2020 Fall Technical Committee Meetings will be held online in a virtual meeting format.  Registration is required for any person to attend the virtual meetings. Credentials to log into the meetings will be sent to each registered attendee the week prior to the meetings.

Note:  The deadline for proposals has passed, and all proposals are posted to the appropriate committee page in the members' section of the AWPA website. Comments or suggested modifications of proposals shall be sent to the proponent of the proposal as soon as possible after proposals are posted to the appropriate committee pages. Please remember: "All written materials to be distributed to Technical Committee members before or during the meeting and/or any visual presentations to be made at the meeting shall be submitted to AWPA, the proponent, and the Technical Committee members at least 20 days prior to the commencement of the meetings" (TCR 8.7).  This year's deadline for comments, materials, or presentations is Tuesday, September 1, 2020.

 

Virtual Meeting Registration

Registration is open to any person who wishes to attend the meetings and abide by the AWPA Technical Committee Regulations. AWPA members, however, may register at a discounted rate. If you are a non-member and wish to join AWPA so that you may take advantage of the member rate, please click here for more information on applying for AWPA membership.  Registration entitles one to attend all virtual committee meetings and the 116th Annual Meeting Business Session.

The deadline for meeting registration was Friday, September 11, 2020 and was only available online.  Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received prior to this date.  Registration fees for the virtual meetings are as follows:

  • Non-Member:  $250
  • AWPA Member:  $160  (Members, be sure to log in when registering to obtain the member rate.)

Login information and credentials will be sent to each registered attendee between September 16 and 18, 2020.
