Hotel Reservations

The meetings will take place at the The Grove Hotel in downtown Boise, Idaho.  The group rate for the meeting is $100 per night (single/double) for a standard guestroom.  Other room types are available at discounted rates for meeting attendees.  State and Federal government rates may be available to those who qualify.  Each person is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservations.

Please note that AWPA receives discounts and complimentary meeting room space if our attendees are staying at the host hotel.  This enables AWPA to keep its registration fees at a reasonable rate.

For online reservations, visit www.coasthotels.com, then select "The Grove Hotel", enter your check-in/check-out dates, and enter the following code under "Group Code":  TGH-GFC171    For reservations by telephone, call 888-961-5000.  Be sure to mention you are attending the AWPA Fall Technical Meetings to obtain the group rates.  The cut-off date for hotel reservations has passed, but some rooms may still be available.

Meeting Registration

Registration is open to any person who wishes to attend the meetings.  AWPA members, however, may register at deeply discounted rates.  If you are a non-member and wish to join AWPA so that you may take advantage of the member rate, please click here for more information on AWPA membership.

Registration entitles one to attend all technical committee meetings and the nightly AWPA hospitality suite.  Meals are not included.  Please note that registering for the meeting does not reserve a room for you at the hotel.  You must make your hotel reservations individually.

Early registration at $100 for members ($200 for non-members) is open until August 7, 2007

Pre-registration at $130 for members ($230 for non-members) is open August 8-31, 2007.

On-site registration at $150 for members ($250 for non-members) is open September 9-13, 2007.
