2005 AWPA Technical Committee Meetings:

Note: The deadline for proposals for new standards
or changes to existing standards is 45 days prior to the
commencement of the meeting of the subcommittee with jurisdiction
over the standard. All comments or suggested modifications of proposals
shall be sent to the proponent of the proposal at least 20 days prior to the commencement of the meeting.
Hotel Reservations
The meetings will take place at the
Renaissance Asheville Hotel in
downtown Asheville.
The group rate for the meeting is $125 per night (single/double),
and government rates may be available for qualified persons.
Each person is responsible
for making his or her own hotel reservations. The cut-off date
for making reservations has passed, but rooms may still be
available at the hotel's published rates. Please contact the
hotel for more information by telephone at 800-468-3571. Be sure to
mention that you're attending the American Wood Preservers' Association
meetings.

that AWPA receives discounts and complimentary meeting room space if
our attendees are staying at the host hotel. This enables AWPA
to keep its registration fees at a reasonable rate.Meeting Registration
Registration is open to members and non-members at the same
rates. Registration entitles one to attend all technical
committee meetings and the nightly AWPA hospitality suite.
Meals are not included. Please note that registering for the
meeting does not automatically reserve a room for you at the hotel.
You must make your hotel reservations individually.
